Shipping and Payment Policies

Shipping Policies
All livestock will be shipped with a 1 day service level via FED-EX. We only ship livestock orders Mon-Wed. We will contact you prior to shipping your live animals because we want to ensure they arrive with someone ready to sign for them. If someone is not there when FED-EX arrives and does not sign for the order, our guarantee does not apply to your negligence. If you are not there at the time needed to sign for the package, you would need to contact FED-EX and find your package or wait for the next business day to be re-delivered by the same time. Orders will typically be shipped within 1-2 days upon ordering depending on the day they are ordered. Please provide your phone number or email when ordering so we may contact you prior to shipping.

Please allow 5-10 bussiness days to process orders. Some items are specialty and may require a little extra time. Only bad things happen fast!

Arrive Alive Guarantee
We guarantee that you will receive your animals alive and in proper condition as long as they are delivered on the specified day and time that they are supposed to arrive only and if they are shipped via UPS Next Day Air Early A.M. or Next Day Air. In the event that they are not delivered on the specified day please contact us at sales@treasurecoastcorals.com to provide assistance to file any necessary claims with the shipper. We do realize that mistakes can happen and sometimes your order may be received in another than desirable condition on the specified day of arrival. Live animals can be stressed when received and sometimes look as though they are not alive. Acclimate and attempt to revive them by placing them in your aquarium and let them adjust for at least an hour before deeming them DOA. If the bag has a bad odor or is without a doubt DOA please take the following steps to be considered for a refund or credit.
1. Take the best possible picture that you can of the animals.
2. Email them to sales@treasurecoastcorals.com
3. We will get in touch with you ASAP.

This Guarantee does not apply during Winter months. Be sure you plan for your package to avoid extremes in weather conditions through these cold months. Send us an email to let us know what day to send out if extreme weather is the case.

Credits or Refunds
Will only be granted if the above steps are followed and there was a loss of the animals due to our negligence. We value our customers and we strive to take every precaution necessary to make sure you are happy. Please be patient and understanding as no one likes to have animals die and as hobbyists we have been in your shoes. It stinks!
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
TCC does offer discounts from time to time for both our walk in customers and online customers. Please understand that sometimes our online prices and walk in prices will vary and sometimes be different than each other. We are also interested in supporting reef clubs and group buys. Please contact us for further details if you are interested.
